Bibione is a lovely seaside resort of the Adriatic Riviera located to the north-east of the mouth of the River Tagliamento. Bibione expanded alongside the sandy bank that spreads from the harbour to the mouth of the River Tagliamento. In the past extensive land reclamation and development works used to be carried out in the saltwater basin in the vicinity of Bibione. |
